How fast can you deliver?
Often next day, sometimes same day, depending on the route and what’s in the yard. Call dispatch before 5 p.m. and you’ll get a straight answer.
What size bin do I need?
Most home renos fit a 15 or 20. Full-house renos and roofing usually take a 30. Demolition and commercial cleanouts take a 40. Between sizes? Go bigger — a second trip costs more than a bigger bin. See the size guide.
What can’t go in the bin?
Paint, oil, solvents, propane tanks, batteries, asbestos, liquids, hazardous or medical waste and hot ashes stay out. Tires and fridges need a call first. Heavy material like concrete, brick and dirt goes in a smaller bin and is priced separately.
Do I need a permit?
On your own property, no. On a City of Calgary street or back lane, yes — the City requires a street-use permit. Ask dispatch before delivery day.
How often are porta potties serviced?
Weekly is standard. Busy sites and events get more. Every visit includes pumping, cleaning, deodorizing and restocking.
Do you deliver outside Calgary?
Yes. We serve Calgary and 25 surrounding communities, including Olds, Nanton, Kananaskis, Morley, Strathmore and Carseland. See the full service area, then call with your address to confirm the equipment and schedule.
What happens when the bin is full?
Call dispatch. We pick it up, or swap it for an empty one so your crew keeps working.
Can I keep the bin longer?
Usually, yes. Call before the pickup date and dispatch will extend it and tell you the cost.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m.–1 p.m., closed Sunday.
